The Italian driver, supported by numerous fans and friends in his home race, has delivered a great performance in qualifying by signing the 11th time on 54 participants as well as first driver among the McLarens.

The #44 crew managed to finish into the Top-10 thanks to a brilliant 9th place, with a great recovery by Fumanelli in the second stint, where he gained back a lot of positions lost in the pit-stop phase.
